The Stevenson Retreat is located 1/4 mile past the bridge dividing the Kenai River and Kenai Lake. Our driveway is across the highway from the Cooper Landing Grocery Store and the Alpine Motel. Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. Balance is payable at check-in. No refunds if cancelations are made less than 48 hours prior to your stay. For your convenience we offer no set check-in or check-out times.

Second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. one large bathroom, kitchen, nook and lounge area with a deck overlooking the Kenai River. $25 additional nightly charge for breakfast service. The Stevenson Retreat has three cozy guest bedrooms. Two with queen size beds and the third has a full and a twin bed. Each bedroom has its own assigned bathroom, although not attached. The Stevenson Retreat has a no smoking policy.
