Domestic Disturbance – Sheila L. Reed, 33 yoa, was arrested on one count of Assault IV-DV after officers responded to the apartment she shares with her husband regarding a fight in progress. Officers determined that a rather pitched altercation had occurred, initiated by Reed and culminating in her breaking a water glass on her husband’s head. |

Assistance Rendered – Caller reported a disoriented, intoxicated man wandering about at the City Dock. Officers found a habitual sleepwalker who had woken up in a wet WWII bunker and had walked towards the lights at the City Dock upon awakening. Officers escorted the man, who had arrived in town only a few hours earlier, back to his employer. |

Harassment – A woman requested police assistance advising her brother and sister-in-law, a couple with whom she had been feuding for quite some time and who had just today cornered and castigated her, to cease all contact with her and her family. An officer spent the next several hours explaining to multiple family members who they could and could not contact and what legal actions might result if they violated these conditions. |
