Having lived in Seward AK now for over twenty-five years, I want my guest to enjoy their stay and experience as much as I have.  The atmosphere created in our rooms are friendly, special, private and inviting.  I believe we offer the best prices, location and  accommodations in Seward Alaska.  We want your memories of Seward Alaska to be extra special and something you will look back on with great fondness.  Whenever we have guest celebrating a special day we will add a little something extra to the room, so please let us know what special event is happening in your life.  

Wintertime many birds find their way to the bird feeders located by the studio suite.  Don't be surprised if your phone is ringing in the early morning hours (8:00am).  It is usually just me letting you know there are Moose in the area and if you peak out your window, you may find them peaking in at you!  Or if the phone is ringing in the evening, it is probably me again wanting to share the awesome site of the full moon coming up over the mountains or of the northern lights dancing across the skies.

The new covered hot tub located outside, has windows painted with Alaska wildflowers that can be vertically shuttered open or shut.  The design of these windows were specially designed by me and offer privacy and viewing of the Chugach mountains.
